This half-day workshop is geared to entry-level IT recruiters -both corporate and agency.  This workshop will focus on the basic knowledge required to effectively recruit IT professionals, including an overview of an IT organization; typical roles within an IT organization and the key functions of each role; an overview of technology jargon, hot technologies and the relationships between key technologies.  Other topics will include effective strategies for developing your technical knowledge and sourcing and vetting IT candidates. ·
