As Hollister’s Vice President, Ally brings more than 15 years of staffing experience into her role. Ally joined Hollister in 2002 as a Business Development Manager before developing into a leader of the organization. Before joining Hollister, Ally worked as a Staffing Consultant and Business Development Manager with Office Specialists/Randstad. She literally grew up in the industry.

Ally received a BA in Political Science and French from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She currently resides in Milton, MA.

PAST-PRESIDENT: Bob Siemering

Bob co-founded John Galt in 1997 with his wife, Kirstin, and two other staffing industry professionals; and has been active in the day-to-day operations of John Galt as Executive Chairman since 2004.  John Galt provides technical professionals on contract and direct hire basis nationwide.

Prior to his current role with John Galt, Bob was President and CEO of Cyrk, Inc., a leading distributor in the Promotional Products industry with revenues of approximately $150 million.  Bob had extensive senior level experience in a variety of industries including Business Services, Industrial Distribution, Retail, Apparel, Software, and Industrial Automation.

Bob is a member of the New England Chapter of Young Presidents Organization where he has also served as a Board member since 2005.  Bob has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Prior to starting TRC, Janet was an Area Manager for an International Staffing firm for eight years.

LEGISLATIVE LIAISON:  Kenneth Reisman, Esq.

Attorney Kenneth Reisman has been a practicing attorney since 1975 in Massachusetts. He has served in a variety of business roles, including Senior Vice President and General Counsel for a major corporation, and over three decades of advising and representing the staffing services industry.  In his career, he has negotiated a wide variety of business transactions, both domestic and international, including real estate, finance, mergers and acquisitions, cooperation agreements and crafted the legal policies of Human Resources departments.  His current practice is focused on labor, business, personnel, employment and “workplace” law for businesses in a variety of industries.  Ken has recently been honored for his volunteer work for the Senior Partners for Justice, a branch of the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association.

He earned a BA at UMass Amherst and his JD at Suffolk University.

Deb has been with Bank of America and its predecessor, Fleet Bank, for eighteen years and previously held positions with Shawmut Bank and Bay Bank.  She has served on a number of not-for-profit boards, and currently serves on the Alzheimer’s Advisory Board of BU Medical School, and Massachusetts Staffing Association Board of Directors. Deb has an A.B. with a History major from Gordon College in Wenham, MA, and an M.B.A. with highest distinction from Babson College.

Jean was on the MSA Board for 25 years including serving as President on two separate occasions.  She sold CSR Staffing Solution in 2008 and decided to stay involved in the industry as the Executive Director of MSA.  She is actively involved in the Kiwanis of Quincy and participates in other community associations.  She attended Stephens College in Missouri and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI.
